From Friday 15 November 2024 at 3 pm:

• all participants of the 2024 (Giro delle Dolomiti) and 2023 (Tour des Alpes) edition will have exclusive priority to book, via a personally sent link;
• there will be no booking link visible on the website until Wednesday 27 November at 3 pm;

From Sunday 24 November 2024 at 10 am, registered participants of the 2025 edition - who wish - can each invite a maximum of 1 driver (with or without co-driver, but therefore a maximum of 1 car) via a personal invitation link;

If there are still places available afterwards, these will be opened from Wednesday 27 November at 3 pm to those who have never participated before, and who were not invited by a registered participant;

If you wish to participate with a car that is not in the higher list, please send a photo of your car with accompanying explanation to management@wheeltorque.eu, and we will contact you.

Reservering many, or all, of the rooms in a hotel often means that the rooms can have different sizes and prices.

To allocate the rooms, we use the time of booking. So we start with the first booked person or couple, which we link to the larges or most expensive room. The second entrant gets the second largest room, etc.

If you have chosen for 2 single beds, you will always have a room with 2 single beds, never a room with one large double bed.

However, if you have chosen for a large double bed, you may end up in a room with two single beds, if you were among the later bookers, due to a lack of enough rooms with a large double bed.

PRICE

The general price increases force us to increase the price by 5.1% compared to the previous edition.

For example, the Schlosshotel Ischgl has even increased its price by 7%.

What is new is that those who participate alone (without a co-driver) can now choose a twin room instead of a single room.
This reduces the starting price - for those who participate without a co-driver - from 2.950 € for the 2024 edition to 2.145 € for the 2025 edition.
